Critical earthquake meeting from universities

Universities and YODAK will hold a meeting for students studying at TRNC universities and affected by the earthquake.

After the earthquake in Kahramanmaraş, which caused many casualties, TRNC universities will hold a critical meeting on Wednesday, February 15 to determine a new roadmap for students living in the earthquake zone.
According to the information obtained by the Cyprus Post, it was learned that the Higher Education Planning, Supervision, Accreditation and Coordination Board (YODAK) and the universities wanted to take a joint decision.
Before the meeting, it was learned that the universities agreed in principle to suspend education only in OHAL regions and to continue education in other regions.
While it was learned that an online education alternative will be offered for students coming from the OHAL region, it was learned that a study will be started for the grievances of earthquake victims in the TRNC.
