Four Individuals Arrested for Drug Possession in Nicosia and Kyrenia
During operations conducted by the police in Nicosia and Kyrenia, four individuals were arrested for drug possession. Cash and a sensitive scale were seized during the operations.
According to the police statement, in a search conducted around 18:00 yesterday in Kyrenia at the residence where E.W. (28), P.C.O. (25), and H.L.M.J. (24) were together, a substance believed to be about 152 grams of cannabis, a sensitive scale, and approximately 4,700 TL, 65 pounds, 65 euros, and 5 US dollars believed to be obtained from the sale of narcotics were found and seized as evidence.
In another statement by the police, around 17:30 yesterday in Nicosia, during a search of I.Y. (23) due to suspicious movements, a piece of paper believed to contain synthetic cannabinoid-type drugs was found on him and seized as evidence.
The police announced that the individuals in question have been arrested, and the investigation is ongoing.
