Baybars made these remarks during her appearance on the "Sabah Postası" program hosted by Gökhan Altıner on Kıbrıs Postası TV.

"THE FOCUS ON QUANTITY RATHER THAN QUALITY WITH THE INCREASE IN UNIVERSITY NUMBERS"

Baybars highlighted that in places where there is no disorder or lack of supervision, such issues would be considered miraculous. She noted that the emphasis on quantity rather than quality has increased with the rise in the number of universities.

Furthermore, Baybars pointed out the need for everyone at YÖDAK (Higher Education Planning, Evaluation, Accreditation and Coordination Council) to resign, stating, "While there are indeed people at YÖDAK who do their jobs properly, the issue of obtaining diplomas too easily is a separate matter."

"YÖDAK AND THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FAKE DIPLOMA SITUATION"

Baybars asserted that obtaining degrees through easy means contributes to societal collapse and moral decay. She attributed 100% responsibility for the fake diploma situation to YÖDAK and the Ministry of Education, stating, "If individuals who cannot enter respected professional groups in the country resort to obtaining fake diplomas, then YÖDAK and the Ministry of Education are entirely responsible for this."

"COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF YÖDAK'S STRUCTURE IS NECESSARY"

Baybars emphasized the need to learn from the corruption in the country and called for a complete overhaul of YÖDAK's structure. She emphasized that lessons should be drawn from the existing corruption, especially regarding the restructuring of YÖDAK.

Discussing the issue of luxury consumption tax, Baybars suggested that it should be considered, especially given the current situation in the market.

"WE SHOULD CONSIDER A LUXURY CONSUMPTION TAX"

Regarding the Social Housing Law, Baybars stated that there was no obstacle to its implementation, but there had been considerable delays. She expressed concern over the wasted time in implementing the law.
