306 Foreign Nationals Granted Permission to Purchase Immovable Property

According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, it was stated that permission was granted to 306 foreign nationals, including 281 from the Republic of Turkey and 25 from third countries, to purchase immovable property.

The decision published in the Official Gazette reads as follows:

"The Council of Ministers, in accordance with Law No. 52/2008 on Acquisition of Immovable Property and Long-Term Leasing (Foreigners), has decided to grant the necessary permission to a total of 306 foreign nationals, including 281 citizens of the Republic of Turkey and 25 citizens of third countries, whose names and details of the immovable property they intend to purchase are specified in the attached list, provided that the property to be purchased is free, in accordance with the provisions stated in the proposal."
