The accident, which took place in the vicinity of Serdarlı, in front of Ejder Petrol, involved a head-on collision between two vehicles, prompting the closure of the road. Police are directing traffic flow through Serdarlı with caution.
The police statement regarding the accident reads as follows: "At around 07:30, a collision occurred between a sedan with license plate number 54 DR 638 and another sedan with license plate number MC 690 in front of Ejder Petrol at Serdarlı on the Ercan-İskele main road. Both drivers involved in the accident were transported to Lefkoşa Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital for treatment. An investigation into the incident is ongoing."
