Sefa Karahasan's "Fake Diploma" on the Agenda of the Turkish Parliament: Aren't You Ashamed?
As investigations into "fake diplomas" continue at the Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (KSTU), the said investigation has been brought to the agenda of the Turkish Grand National Assembly (TBMM).
Journalist Sefa Karahasan is being tried for obtaining a fake diploma. Turkish Opposition CHP Deputy Group Chairman Gökhan Günaydın brought the investigation into fake diplomas in the country to the agenda of the Turkish Parliament. In his speech, Günaydın stated that Karahasan obtained a master's degree in two months and a university diploma in 40 days.
