In an interview on Yeni Bakış Web TV with Meltem Sakin, Erhürman highlighted that waiting for something from an unyielding source is futile and stressed the necessity of change.

Erhürman criticized the current administration, saying, "You have been in power for five years, which is not a common occurrence. There has been a significant increase in population since 2021. What have you done regarding the electricity issue in these five years?" He pointed out the need for acquiring power plants, improving infrastructure, and regular maintenance, which were previously undertaken during CTP's governance. He also noted that unprecedented fuel purchases without tenders occurred during these years, causing substantial financial losses to Kıb-Tek.

Highlighting the internal strife within the UBP, Erhürman commented on the neglect of national issues due to party infighting. He criticized the UBP's ongoing demands for stability, stating, "If you are satisfied with what they have done, continue to vote for them. It is clear what they will do and have done."

Erhürman addressed the broader socio-political context, indicating that early elections are now a matter of national urgency. He warned that the longer the current administration remains in power, the greater the damage to the country, some of which may become irreversible.

Regarding the Cyprus issue, Erhürman mentioned the intense diplomatic activity happening behind the scenes and underscored that the UN is not inactive on the matter. He urged for meaningful dialogue and emphasized the need for the Turkish Cypriot community to remain a significant player in negotiations.

Erhürman concluded by emphasizing the critical need for change, urging people to take responsibility and not be swayed by misleading narratives. He called for early elections to address the mounting problems and restore hope and stability to the nation.
