The Telecommunications Authority has announced that subscribers with outstanding debts by June 30, 2024, must settle their bills by August 19, 2024, or face service cuts for voice, data, and internet through automated systems.
The announcement also noted that all subscribers with arrears exceeding 12 billing periods as of the end of July 2023 will have their lines canceled and subscriptions terminated.
The statement urged, "Subscribers in this situation are requested to pay their debts at the nearest Telecommunications Authority Accounting offices or through affiliated banks to avoid inconvenience."
