Council of Ministers Bans Entry of Seven Individuals, Declares Seven as Prohibited Immigrants
The Council of Ministers has banned the entry of seven individuals into the TRNC and declared seven others as prohibited immigrants. The decision, involving seven Iranian nationals barred from entering the country, and individuals of various nationalities deemed prohibited immigrants, was published in the Official Gazette.
According to the announcement, the individuals Ali Abbas Nia, Fatemeh Gorouji, Fereshteh Abbas Nia, Mohammad Hossein Abbas Nia, Hananeh Ahmadi, Hadi Ahmedi, and Maliheh Abbasnia were found to be affiliated with the Iranian Intelligence Organization. Due to their ban from entering Turkey and in the interest of public safety, their entry into the TRNC was prohibited under Article 7 of the Aliens and Immigration Law, Chapter 105.
Seven Individuals Declared as Prohibited Immigrants
The Council also decided that Selahattin Saşkın, Kaan Güneş, Renno Kadak, Andrei Karpov, Jeremiah Chigozie Ahamefula, Tabeal Obioma Moses, and Joshua Stephen Awanah were to be declared prohibited immigrants. This decision was based on behavior deemed likely to endanger public order, administrative security, or general morality, or incite hostility against the state or its people, following a comprehensive evaluation of findings and evidence.
