Over 500 Properties for Sale Above £1 Million in the TRNC

The Kyrenia region, along with its surrounding areas, has become a hotspot for properties priced above £1 million. According to a recent search on real estate websites, the top three most expensive villas are located in the Kyrenia area. The priciest villa is listed at £7 million.

More than 90% of the properties exceeding £1 million are located in areas such as Kyrenia, Karaoğlanoğlu, Alsancak, Zeytinlik, Çatalköy, Esentepe, and Lapta. In Lefkoşa, only one villa and one historic mansion exceed the £1 million threshold, while in Mağusa and İskele, there are approximately 20 such properties.

The Most Expensive Property: £7 Million

The most expensive property for sale in the TRNC is a luxury villa listed at £7 million (307 million 255 thousand Turkish lira), located in Aşağı Kyrenia by the sea. This two-story villa boasts 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and an infinity pool. The villa sits on a 1,750-square-meter plot with an equivalent title deed.

In second place is a villa in Çatalköy, priced at £6.75 million (298 million 411 thousand Turkish lira). This 500-square-meter villa has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a heated swimming pool, with an equivalent title deed.

The third-most expensive property is located in Karaoğlanoğlu, priced at £6 million (263 million 361 thousand Turkish lira). This villa, spanning 800 square meters, features 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a pool, built on an equivalent title deed land.

While it’s difficult to determine the exact number of properties listed for sale above £1 million due to multiple listings, the overall figures are clearer when broken down by price range:
