The Interior Ministry has warned that rural lands allocated to rightful owners by the administration cannot be sold or transferred under any circumstances. Violators of these rules could face a fine of up to 20 months' worth of the minimum wage, a prison sentence of up to one year, or both, the Ministry stated.
The Ministry emphasized that anyone who violates this regulation will be subject to legal action. The warning follows reports indicating that certain certification officers and lawyers have been involved in drafting or processing documents related to the sale or transfer of rural land. Legal proceedings will be initiated against individuals found guilty of these actions.
