KSTU Case Adjourned to February 10
The trial of Serdal Gündüz, General Secretary and shareholder of Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University (KSTU), Amir Shakerifard, International Office Officer, and assistant Berk Özbek was postponed to February 10 at the Nicosia Criminal Court.
The defendants are facing charges including "Fraudulent Fund Acquisition," "Fraud," "Forgery and Circulation of False Documents," "Account Manipulation and Fraud," "Money Laundering," "Inciting Forged Bank Payment Orders," and "Employee Theft."
The defense attorneys, Hasan Yücelen, Doğa Zeki, and Talat Tanca, were present at the hearing. The case was postponed to February 10 at the Nicosia Criminal Court.
