Savaşkan to Represent Turkey at European Athletics Championships
Buse Savaşkan will be among the eight national athletes representing Turkey at the "European Athletics Indoor Championships," set to take place in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, from March 6 to 9.
Turkey’s squad includes Buse Savaşkan and Alperen Acet in high jump, Tuğba Danışmaz and Can Özüpek in triple jump, Ersu Şaşma in pole vault, Ertan Özkan and Mustafa Kemal Ay in the 60 meters, and Mikdat Sevler in the 60-meter hurdles.
Turkish Athletics Federation President Ahmet Karadağ expressed confidence in the team, stating, "We are heading to Europe with an incredibly talented squad. Our athletes train with great determination and discipline, continuously improving themselves. I strongly believe this team will achieve significant success."
