Şahali stated that while the cost of living would be reflected, there seemed to be no intention to adjust the minimum wage accordingly. He expressed confusion over the decision not to increase the minimum wage, especially when the cost of living had risen by around 16%.

Pointing out that no data supported the claim that the minimum wage was being protected, Şahali demanded clarity on whether the minimum wage would be renewed.

Highlighting the depreciation of the minimum wage's value, Şahali emphasized the importance of addressing this depreciation.

Questioning the cost of a kilogram of lamb meat and noting discrepancies between decision-making and market prices, Şahali raised concerns about how meat needs could be determined when the population size was uncertain.

Referencing statistics and noting that the same meat was priced at 350 TL in the South, Şahali criticized the uncertainty surrounding the cost of living, called for an urgent increase in the minimum wage, and advocated for the establishment of a committee on the cost of living.

Şahali also discussed the work of the Statistical Institute, highlighting the need for transparency in accessing information from the Institute.

Touching upon the Income Tax and Gambling Laws, Şahali expressed concern that these laws, passed by Parliament with 25 votes, could result in losses for the state in terms of unregistered wealth, and called on President Ersin Tatar to send these laws back to Parliament for reconsideration. He criticized the government.

Lastly, Şahali questioned the source and allocation of the 68 million pounds for payments to be made by the Immovable Property Commission, requesting further information on the matter.
