Erhürman highlighted that the country does not require as many university graduates as it currently produces, pointing out that wherever there is inflation, there is also a depreciation of value. He emphasized the need to establish a vision of "co-governance."

"We Don't Need This Many University Graduates"

Erhürman noted that while the need for intermediate-level employees has been discussed for years, the desired outcome has never been achieved. Expressing gratitude to those working on the issue, Erhürman stated, "Where we stand on this issue is not where we want to be." He pointed out that the issue of intermediate-level employees also reflects the country's population problem, saying, "We have become a country that produces too many university graduates, master's and doctoral degree holders." Erhürman stressed that as the number of graduates increases, the quality decreases. He suggested the necessity of serious campaigns to address this issue, stating, "The first step of this campaign is to get rid of the term 'intermediate-level employees.' This needs to be turned into a public campaign."

Erhürman also highlighted the need for serious planning and projects in education to address this issue, emphasizing that without them, the desired outcome cannot be achieved.

"The Dominance of Co-Governance Vision Should be Established"

Regarding local production, Erhürman emphasized the need for policies that support the "local" aspect, saying, "Our population is considered large for us, but narrow compared to our competitors. It is not easy to produce and grow in this market." He emphasized the importance of sustaining production and pointed out that all countries protect their local producers according to their scale. Erhürman stressed that long-term programs could solve these problems, emphasizing the need for serious planning, programs, and incentives. He stated, "The dominance of the co-governance vision should also be established," highlighting the importance of turning the governance processes into mechanisms where everyone can participate, and converting them into societal campaigns.

Erhürman concluded by saying, "My teacher, my student can achieve anything. As long as we present the correct program and stick to it. There is nothing that should make us lose our self-confidence, but there is much work to be done together."
