The Kyrenia-Anamur reciprocal sea ferry services, which began on June 12th, have seen growing interest day by day.

Primarily in Anamur and also in Alanya, Gazipaşa, Bozyazı, Aydıncık, Gülnar, Mut, Silifke, Karaman, Konya provinces and districts, holidaymakers planning vacations in Northern Cyprus are opting for ferry services due to their affordability.

Operated by the Anamur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and leased by the chamber, the ferry service operates four days a week on the Anamur-Kyrenia route, with return trips from Kyrenia to Anamur every evening at 18:00.

According to Sabah newspaper, Mehmet Tuna, President of the Anamur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, expressed satisfaction with the interest in the sea services they launched on June 12th. Tuna stated:

"Thus, sea travel between Northern Cyprus and Turkey has been reduced to 1.5 hours. On our ship, which also sells business class seats, we provide free bus service from Anamur Port to Anamur Bus Terminal. With 21 years of experience in the maritime industry and our expert team, we continue to provide service, committed to continuous improvement and renewal, following innovations in the sector."

The Anamur-Kyrenia ferry services are increasingly popular. Ferries reaching Kyrenia from Anamur in 1.5 hours operate day trips on Sundays.
