Worker Injured in Lapta Construction Accident
In Lapta, a construction accident occurred yesterday, resulting in one worker being injured.
According to the Police Press Bulletin, 30-year-old Nebi Özcan was injured when he struck an exposed construction rod while walking inside the building site. The accident happened as Özcan was trying to hold formwork boards.
Özcan was taken to Kyrenia Dr. Akçiçek Hospital, where he received treatment for a cut and tendon rupture on his left foot. He is currently under medical care.
