Export Orders for Twelve Individuals Revoked

The Council of Ministers has revoked export orders for twelve foreign nationals to prevent the disruption of family unity. The decision was made considering that the families of the individuals in question reside in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

According to the decision, the export orders were canceled on the condition that the individuals pay fines arising from visa overstays, in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Immigration and Aliens Law (Chapter 105).

Total of 42 Export Orders Revoked in Three Weeks

The revocation of the twelve export orders aims to maintain family unity. Last week, three individuals were also allowed entry into the country, contingent upon paying their visa fines. The Council of Ministers had previously revoked the export orders of 27 individuals on September 5 and three more on September 19, bringing the total to 42 individuals whose export orders have been lifted in the past three weeks.
