Lesko and Ladanyi Remain in Custody Until December
Ilona Lesko and Melinda Ladanyi, who were arrested on charges related to the sale of Greek Cypriot properties, will remain in custody until their trial in December. The two Hungarian nationals were detained in South Cyprus for their alleged involvement in the sale of Greek Cypriot properties in the TRNC.
According to Politis newspaper, the case involving the two women will be heard in December at the Assize Court.
The women were brought before the Nicosia Greek Cypriot District Court earlier this week. The court announced its decision yesterday, ruling that Lesko and Ladanyi would remain in custody until the trial date.
The trial is scheduled to begin on December 12. The two women are accused of facilitating the sale of immovable properties in Esentepe, Bahçeli, and Tatlısu.
