Rahvancıoğlu was denied entry into Turkey due to the N-82 restriction code. His appeal against the decision, citing legal errors and insufficient investigation in the Ankara 1st Administrative Court's July 4, 2024 ruling (Case No: E:2023/1115, K:2024/2529), was dismissed by the 10th Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Ankara Regional Administrative Court.

The chamber ruled that the initial court decision was lawful and did not warrant annulment, rejecting the appeal under Case No: E:2024/7634, K:2024/6779. The court also ordered Rahvancıoğlu to cover legal costs, with the remaining postal fee deposit refunded. The ruling, made on November 18, 2024, was final and unanimous under Article 45(6) of the Administrative Procedure Law No. 2577.

Rahvancıoğlu has now exhausted legal remedies and will pursue the matter at the Constitutional Court.
