Speaking at a program on the Cyprus issue, Letimbiotis reiterated that the Greek Cypriot administration’s objectives remain unchanged, describing the current phase as an "evolutionary process" moving from stagnation to increased diplomatic activity.

He stressed the importance of thorough preparatory work ahead of the next multilateral meeting, noting that conferences held under the UN’s auspices, with the participation of guarantor powers, have historically served as critical turning points in the Cyprus issue.

Warning that prolonged inaction is the worst-case scenario, Letimbiotis stated that they aim not only to maintain diplomatic momentum but also to enhance it. He affirmed that the Greek Cypriot administration remains committed to efforts for a solution based on the UN-agreed framework.
