New Speed Cameras Installed at Demirhan Junction
Two new fixed speed detection cameras will become operational at Demirhan Junction on the Nicosia-Famagusta Highway starting tomorrow night.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the newly installed cameras will go live at 00:00 on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The speed limit in the area has been set at 50 km/h, and drivers have been urged to adhere to the limit for traffic safety.
The ministry emphasized the importance of following speed regulations to ensure road safety and prevent accidents.
