Ertuğruloğlu: Christodoulides Tried to Remove Me from the Meeting in Geneva!

Turkish Cypriot Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu stated that during the recent meetings in Geneva, Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Christodoulides attempted to have him removed from the session. However, after a temporary break, the meeting resumed.

Speaking about the incident, Ertuğruloğlu emphasized Christodoulides' stance, revealing that “A break was taken, and footage from the 2021 negotiations was reviewed. Once it was confirmed that I had been present in those meetings, the session continued.”
The minister also delivered the opening speech at the panel titled "For a Fairer World," held under the auspices of Turkey’s Presidency of Communications.
