Defense lawyers Hasan Yücelen, Doğa Zeki, and Talat Tanca were present during the hearing, which resulted in the court's decision to postpone the case until May 12.

During the hearing, Berke Özbek's lawyer, Hasan Yücelen, requested additional time to assess the files related to the case, noting that only one file was currently available, but there was a possibility of another file arriving.

Amir Shakerifard's lawyer, Talat Tanca, stated that his client still intended to plead guilty. He also mentioned that they had learned of another file that might be introduced against the defendant, so they requested time for further evaluation.

The court ordered that the case be postponed until Monday, May 12.

The defendants face charges including "obtaining money by fraud," "fraud," "forging and circulating fake documents," "committing fraud in accounts," "money laundering," "forging bank payment orders," and "theft by an employee."
