Home for Cooperation to Celebrate 14th Anniversary

The festivities will begin at 10:00 with a cultural heritage cycling tour through the streets of Nicosia, led by Marios Antoniou and the OPU Collective. Starting at OPU House, the route will include stops at the Home for Cooperation, Zahra Street, and Faneromeni Square, before looping back to the starting point.

At the same time, Yaz Handmade Shop will host an object painting workshop for children and adults at the Home for Cooperation.

From 12:00 to 14:00, four yoga and mindfulness sessions will be held under the guidance of Sevdiye Ricketti. Participants will explore yoga philosophy, meditation, vagus nerve yoga, and nervous system regulation.

Also scheduled from 12:00 to 14:00, Ofelya Özkeser will lead a papier-mâché mini sculpture workshop, where attendees will have the opportunity to create their own decorative pieces using paper pulp techniques.

One of the final events of the day will be a Tai Chi session with Tarık Tekman from 15:00 to 16:00, focusing on balance, flexibility, and relaxation through a short Tai Chi routine.

Meanwhile, from 12:00 to 16:00, The Home Café will be taken over by "Two Little Chefs," who will prepare a special plant-based menu using fresh and local ingredients.

Throughout the day, DJ Zildji will provide a musical backdrop to the celebration.
