Arıklı: Turkey Is the Final Target

In a post shared on his social media account, Arıklı drew attention to global projects targeting Turkey through recent developments in the Middle East.

“Middle East experts have long said that following the de facto partition of Syria, Iran will be next, and the final target is Turkey. In fact, one doesn’t need to be an expert to see this. Back in 2003, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said that the borders of 22 countries, including Turkey, would change, indicating what the United States’ Greater Middle East Project would bring to and take from the region,” Arıklı stated.

Listing Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Libya, Morocco, Iraq, Syria, and now Iran as examples of countries already divided or on the verge of division, Arıklı remarked, “Turkey is next.” He noted that this view has been expressed by figures ranging from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahçeli to Abdullah Öcalan.

Arıklı said that this is why Turkey has made significant investments in its defense industry in recent years, with these investments yielding results on the ground in Karabakh, Libya, and Pakistan. He also claimed that a new “resolution process” has been initiated in an effort to neutralize the West’s “Kurdish card.”

He argued that those who fail to understand Bahçeli’s comments referring to Abdullah Öcalan as a “founding leader” who should be allowed to speak in parliament, also fail to grasp the fate of Iraq, Syria, and Iran.

“Everyone must understand that Turkey is not a country whose borders were drawn with a ruler by the British. The nation living here is an ancient one with a 5,000-year-old history. Those who prepared the Greater Middle East Project know better than anyone that Turkey should not be compared to the ordinary states of the region,” he said.

Arıklı added that the strategic importance of the TRNC would become evident in the context of this final confrontation.

“Those seeking a showdown with Turkey have also put Cyprus—and thus the TRNC—on the table. What do you think the mission assigned to Cyprus and the TRNC is in the Greater Middle East Project? We shall see,” he concluded.
