Erhürman Meets with EU Cyprus Envoy Johannes Hahn
Republican Turkish Party (CTP) leader Tufan Erhürman received European Union Special Envoy for Cyprus Johannes Hahn today at the party’s headquarters.
Hahn was accompanied by officials from the EU Cyprus Settlement Support Unit and the EU Representation in Cyprus, while CTP Foreign Affairs Secretary Fikri Toros joined Erhürman during the meeting.
Discussions focused on CTP’s positions and views within the framework of efforts to overcome the current deadlock in the Cyprus peace process. Other topics included property issues, developments concerning the Immovable Property Commission (IPC), the Schengen accession process, and relations with the European Union.
