According to Haravgi newspaper, Chryssovalantos Kyprianou, an officer from the Greek Cypriot Land Registry, presented reports and a topographic map of the area during the hearing. The reports included details on the location, size, drawings, and registered ownership of the “Ceaser Beach” and “Ceaser Blue” sites.

The court received eight reports concerning the Ceaser Beach project, fourteen for Ceaser Blue, and one additional report for another unnamed project.

Defense attorney Maria Neophytou requested a postponement, citing missing documents and asking for time to examine the submitted materials. She also requested a copy of the topographic map.

The prosecution did not object, and the court scheduled the next hearing for 9:15 a.m. on July 8.
