In a statement on his personal social media account, Erhürman thanked independent MP for Kyrenia Jale Refik Rogers, independent MP for Famagusta Ayşegül Baybars, and former MP Gülşah Sanver Manavoğlu for publicly declaring their support.

“When I announced my candidacy for the presidency, I extended an invitation to all those who care about our country, our people, and our children’s future,” Erhürman wrote. “I am determined to unite rather than divide, to build the future together with all segments of our people, and to walk alongside all my companions who have accepted this call.”

Erhürman underlined that the presidency in the new term would fulfil its constitutional role as a representative of the people’s unity, without discrimination based on political background or party affiliation. “No one will be excluded or left out. The Presidency will not be a palace, a mansion, or merely an office — it will be the people’s home,” he stated.

He concluded: “Our concern is shared: it is our country, our people, and our children. We will walk together with our people, win together with our people, and govern this beautiful country together with our people.”
