CTP Spokesperson Akansoy Warns of Country’s Gradual Collapse

Akansoy said there are no properly managed institutions left, adding that ignoring problems is preferred over managing them. He stated that corruption, poverty, and deprivation are affecting the country from all sides.

He also said that not paying salaries under any circumstances is unacceptable. The government refuses to adjust workers’ wages according to inflation and disregards collective labor agreements. This shows that governance in the country is failing.

Akansoy added that the country cannot control the cost of living, fails to ensure tax fairness, and rewards tax evaders while punishing honest citizens. He called attempts to cut workers’ salaries shameless.

Koop-Sen has declared an indefinite general strike at Zirai Levazım, Koop Milk, and Binboğa Feed Factory, which started today. Akansoy noted there is no official to negotiate or find a solution. He said the government’s careless and irresponsible attitude is driving the country toward collapse.
