Property Commission Established in TRNC
The “Property Commission” has been officially established, comprising representatives from the Ministry of Interior and the Cyprus Turkish Real Estate Agents Association (CTREA).
According to a written statement from CTREA President Hasan Sungur, the commission has officially begun its work. The members of the commission are as follows:

Batu Beyit, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior

Firdes Arıcı, Director of the Land Registry and Cadastre Department

Türkmen Yiğitcan, Director of the Department of Urban Planning

Hasan Sungur, President of CTREA

CTREA Board Members: Elmas Anter, Ediz Aygın, and Hasan Kırca
The commission aims to coordinate efforts between government authorities and real estate professionals in addressing property-related matters.
