In a letter released ahead of the vote, Erhürman emphasized the unity and sovereignty of the Turkish Cypriot community as central to his vision.

Describing the presidency as a role representing the entirety of the people, Erhürman stressed, “The presidency is a position representing the whole of this community. We are determined to guide this people forward together.” He framed the election as a campaign for a broader mission, urging citizens to participate as part of a shared effort rather than supporting a single individual.

Erhürman highlighted the importance of outcome-driven negotiations, stating, “Our focus is not on symbolic gestures but on achieving results. Our goal is to end uncertainty for the future and reach a comprehensive solution.” He affirmed that the desire of Turkish Cypriots is for strong constituent states recognized internationally and capable of ensuring long-term stability.

The candidate also stressed the need for ongoing consultation and dialogue with Turkey, underscoring that the president must maintain close coordination in all matters affecting the Turkish Cypriot community.

Erhürman’s message repeatedly emphasized citizen engagement, declaring, “We trust the people. We will move forward with them, succeed with them, and govern alongside them.” He affirmed that his campaign stands for dialogue over conflict, peace over division, solutions over problems, and solidarity over fragmentation.

Concluding his message, titled “Future in Action: Your Word, Our Word”, Erhürman reiterated his determination to begin a new chapter with the support of the public and invited all citizens concerned for the welfare of the community to join the effort as partners.
