Temperatures to Reach 34–37°C Throughout the Week
The Meteorological Department has forecasted hot weather across the region for the week of September 2–8, with temperatures ranging between 34 and 37 degrees Celsius.
According to the department, the area will be under the influence of a low-pressure system combined with a warm and relatively humid air mass. Skies are expected to remain mostly clear to partly cloudy, with morning fog in some areas until Friday.
Maximum temperatures are forecasted to reach 34–37°C in inland areas, while coastal regions will experience slightly cooler conditions, ranging from 30–33°C.
Winds are expected to blow at moderate speeds, primarily from the south and west.
