Repairs at Geçitköy Completed, Water Supplied to Network Without Interruption

The Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources announced that maintenance and repair work at the Geçitköy Pumping Station, part of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Water Supply Project, has been completed. The station has been brought back online, and water is now being delivered to the network without interruption.

In its statement, the ministry said:
“Maintenance and repair work at the Geçitköy Pumping Station, conducted under the TRNC Water Supply Project, has been completed after intensive, continuous efforts. Water transmission from the station has resumed, ensuring uninterrupted supply to the network.”
