Stormy Winds Expected This Weekend
The Meteorology Department has forecast that between September 18 and 24, temperatures will reach 34–37°C in inland areas and 30–33°C along the coasts. Strong, occasionally stormy winds are expected on Friday and Saturday.
According to the department, the region will generally be under the influence of a low-pressure system combined with a warm and relatively humid air mass during this period.
Weather conditions are expected to be partly cloudy around midday tomorrow, with occasional fog in the morning, and mostly clear on other days.
Maximum temperatures will generally range between 34–37°C inland and 30–33°C along the coasts. Winds will blow moderately from the south and west on the first day, shifting to moderate northern and eastern winds on subsequent days, becoming strong at times, with particularly strong and stormy gusts expected on Friday and Saturday.
