Erhürman Elected 6th President With 62.76% of the Vote

According to data released by the Supreme Election Board (YSK), Republican Turkish Party (CTP) candidate Tufan Erhürman has officially been elected as the 6th President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), securing 87,137 votes, or 62.76% of the total.

Ersin Tatar received 49,650 votes (35.76%), while the independent and Communist Party of Cyprus (KSP) candidates collectively gained around 1.5% of the vote.
