Tourist Arrivals in Southern Cyprus Surpass 4 Million
The number of tourists visiting Southern Cyprus exceeded 4 million in the first ten months of 2025, marking an 11.1% increase compared to the same period last year, with the United Kingdom remaining the largest source market.
According to Politis, 4,142,534 tourists traveled to Southern Cyprus between January and October 2025, up from 3,727,196 during the same period in 2024. In October alone, tourist arrivals rose 17.1% year-on-year, reaching 537,744 compared to 459,106 in October 2024.
The report highlighted that tourists from the UK accounted for the largest share, representing 31.4% of total arrivals to Southern Cyprus.
