Four Arrested for Arson at Car Dealership in Kyrenia
In Kyrenia, two vehicles were set on fire at a car dealership around 3:00 a.m., leading to the arrest of four individuals aged 18 and 19.
According to information from the Police Press Office, on 24 November 2025, at approximately 3:00 a.m., two cars parked in front of a car dealership on Semih Sancar Street in Kyrenia were deliberately set on fire with an accelerant by unknown individuals, causing damage to the vehicles. The fire was extinguished by the fire department. Following an extensive investigation, the suspects—M.G. (M, 18), M.T.K. (M, 18), M.E.K. (M, 18), and S.P. (M, 19)—were arrested. The investigation is ongoing.
Meanwhile, a recent rise in shooting incidents targeting car dealerships has raised concerns among local business owners and residents in the area.
