Annual Cost of Living Reaches 36.37% as November Rises by 0.81%
The Statistical Institute has announced that the cost of living (COL) for November stood at 0.81%. The first five months of the six-month COL adjustment to be reflected in salaries in January 2026 have reached 17.10%, while the annual COL rose to 36.37%.
According to official data, the November COL rate was calculated at 0.81%.
The six-month adjustment for salaries, to be applied at the end of January 2026, currently reflects a cumulative increase of 17.10% for the first five months, while the annual cost of living reached 36.37%.
